Group Business Controller (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (legal inkl. Analyse Standorte)
- Unterstützen bei der Organisation, Erstellung und Validierung der Unternehmensplanung und unterjähriger Forecasts (legal inkl. Analyse Standorte), Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsfelder im Controlling Bereich
- Durchführen, Prüfen und Beurteilen von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen (Business Case Kalkulationen)
- Unterstützen der Konzern Geschäftsführung und der Leitung Global Finance and Controlling hinsichtlich der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung der Gruppe
- Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln der Controlling-Instrumente und Prozesse im Rechnungswesen auf lokaler Ebene der ausländischen Werke wie auch innerhalb der PMG-Gruppe
- Erstellen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen, Berichten und Statistiken
- Durchführen von Produkt Profitabilität Analysen und abgeleiteten Berichten
- Durchführen und Kommentierung von Soll-/Ist-Analysen und Ableitung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen bzw. Abstimmung mit dem lokal verantwortlichen Management
- Unterstützen bei der Erstellung der Aufsichtsratsunterlagen
- Unterstützen der Tochtergesellschaften in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen und bei Produktkalkulationen

Description
Zentrale Steuerung von Projekten im Rahmen des Projektmanagement Office (PMO) zur kontinuierlichen Performancesteigerung in allen Unternehmensbereichen und Wertschöpfungsstufen.
Identifikation und Bewertung von Verbesserungspotentialen z.B. mittels Workshops mit den Unternehmensbereichen und gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im außereuropäischen Ausland.
Nachverfolgung von Projektfortschritten und Effektrealisierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und den lokalen Fachverantwortlichen.
Erstellen von Regelreportings und die Moderation von Regelterminen, dabei auch unmittelbare Schnittstelle zum Top Management.
